Pagamento por Referência Multibanco:

Após finalizar a encomenda, e se escolheu esta opção de pagamento, será emitida uma referência para efetuar o pagamento (por multibanco ou homebanking) a qual será apresentada no ecrã e enviada em simultâneo para o email de registo.

Poderá igualmente consultar os dados para pagamento, na Área de Cliente em "Encomendas".

Após efetuar o pagamento não será necessário enviar documentos como prova de pagamento efetuado, mas deverá guardar o comprovativo de pagamento para a eventualidade de alguma falha no sistema.

Após registo da encomenda a DotBright, Lda compromete-se no prazo de 2 dias úteis a confirmar ou não a satisfação da sua encomenda.

Por norma, as encomendas serão satisfeitas entre 2 a 5 dias úteis (Portugal Continental) excepto alguns tipos de acessórios com stock condicionado que poderá demorar entre 8 a 15 dias úteis após confirmação de encomenda.

Em situação de ruptura de stock, e caso se verifique que a encomenda não é passível de ser satisfeita nos prazos normais, a DotBright, Lda informará o cliente das implicações ao nível do prazo de entrega.

Ainda, em caso de ruptura de produto, não garantimos que a reposição do mesmo mantenha o preço, pelo que só após confirmação do cliente processaremos a encomenda.

A venda de artigos com ruptura de stock depende da disponibilidade dos fornecedores.
